The headline numbers on GoHighLevel pricing plans in 2026 are $97, $297 and $497 a month. Those are subscription prices only, and the bill you actually pay also includes usage charges for every text, call and email the platform sends for you.
That second part is where budgets go wrong, so this guide covers both: what each tier unlocks, what the metered services cost, and which plan suits which kind of business.
GoHighLevel pricing plans 2026: what each tier costs
There are three standard plans, and the main difference between them is how many client accounts you can run and whether you can resell the platform. Per HighLevel's own pricing page, each plan includes a 14-day free trial.
| Plan | Monthly | Annual | Sub-accounts | What the price buys |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $97 | $970 | 3 | CRM, funnels, email and SMS, calling, automation, unlimited contacts and users |
| Unlimited | $297 | $2,970 | Unlimited | Everything in Starter, plus rebillable phone and email |
| Agency Pro | $497 | $4,970 | Unlimited | SaaS mode, automated sub-account creation, advanced API access, rebilling with markup |
Annual billing works out to ten months' price for twelve on every tier. Above these sits Enterprise, which is custom-quoted through sales and is where dedicated support and HIPAA compliance live.
Where Starter, Unlimited and Agency Pro draw the line
Starter is the plan for one business. Three sub-accounts is enough for a company with a couple of locations or brands, and the pricing page lists white labeling with custom domains on this tier too.
Unlimited removes the cap on sub-accounts, which is the reason agencies buy it. If you're managing client accounts, you'll hit Starter's ceiling at the fourth client, and the step up is the biggest jump in capability you get for the money.
Agency Pro is a narrower purchase. Its extra features all serve one business model: selling the platform to clients as your own software, with automated account creation and a markup on what they use. If you're not doing that, you're paying $200 a month for tools you won't open.
We've covered what each plan includes for white-label use in a separate post.
What you pay on top of the subscription
Usage is billed from a prepaid wallet and metered separately from the plan. The rates below are US and Canada figures from HighLevel's LC Phone billing guide and its pricing and billing guide.
| Service | Rate | What it buys |
|---|---|---|
| Local phone number | $1.15 a month | One number to text and call from |
| Toll-free number | $2.15 a month | A toll-free line, with higher inbound call rates |
| SMS | $0.00747 per segment | One 160-character message, sent or received |
| Outbound call | $0.0166 a minute | Calls placed from the platform |
| Inbound call | $0.01165 a minute | Calls received on a local number |
| $0.675 per 1,000 | Sends through the built-in email system |
Carrier fees are added on top of the SMS rate and vary by provider, so the real cost per text runs a little above the table. Messages over 160 characters split into several segments, and each one is charged.
None of this worries a small business sending a few hundred texts a month. It starts to matter on large lists, where long messages multiply the segment count.
A2P 10DLC registration
Texting US numbers from the platform involves A2P 10DLC registration, and that carries its own fees. According to HighLevel's A2P fee breakdown, registration is a one-time $22.50 for sole proprietors and low-volume senders, or $64 for high-volume ones.
Monthly campaign fees follow, from $2 for a sole proprietor to $10 for a standard use case. HighLevel says these are passed through from the campaign registry, Twilio and the carriers without markup.
AI and add-ons
AI services are metered too. The billing guide describes pay-per-use pricing by token, a $50 a month AI Employee Growth plan per location, and a $97 a month Unlimited version per location. Our look at AI automation and CRM in GoHighLevel shows how those features fit into a working setup.
Paid add-ons run from $10 to $497 a month on the pricing page. The expensive ones are the HIPAA add-on, premium support and a white-label mobile app, each priced like a second subscription.
Smaller line items catch people out as well. Call recording is billed at $0.0025 a minute and transcription at $0.024 a minute, so a team that records and transcribes every call pays for the transcripts at roughly ten times the recording rate.
When rebilling is switched on at the location level, the LC Phone guide says a fixed 5% markup applies to A2P fees and carrier charges. Factor that in before you quote a client a flat monthly figure for messaging.
How rebilling changes the maths for agencies
Rebilling lets you charge clients for the usage their accounts generate. Standard rebilling, without markup, works on both Unlimited and Agency Pro, per the pricing guide.
Charging more than HighLevel charges you, and keeping the difference, is exclusive to the $497 plan. So is rebilling AI charges.
That makes Agency Pro a usage-margin decision as much as a feature one: if your clients send enough volume for a markup to cover the $200 difference, it pays off, and if they don't, it doesn't.
One practical caution. The wallet refills automatically from your card when it falls below a minimum balance you set, and if that recharge fails, phone, email and AI features can stop working. Set the threshold with a client's busiest week in mind.
Usage rates change underneath the plans

HighLevel published a pricing update effective May 13, 2026 raising outbound SMS rates in five countries, incoming voice minutes in fourteen regions and outbound voice in about 35 destinations. It attributed the changes to downstream carrier partners and telecom infrastructure providers.
Anyone sending internationally should check the live rate card before quoting a client, rather than copy a number from a blog post, this one included.
Which plan to choose
Pick Starter if you're running one business and three sub-accounts covers it. It has the whole toolkit, and outgrowing it costs you a simple upgrade.
Pick Unlimited if you serve clients. It's the sensible default for an agency, and it's where rebilling starts. Move to Agency Pro only when you have a concrete plan to resell the platform as software or to mark up usage, and you've worked out the volume that justifies it.
Budget the usage on top before committing to any of them. If you'd rather have it configured around your sales process than learned by trial and error, our AI and automation service covers CRM builds, and our GoHighLevel setup guide for small business sets out what to expect.
Agencies weighing it against a rival should read how GoHighLevel and HubSpot each bill an agency, since the two charge in very different ways.
