We're Hiring: Junior / Mid-Level Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer

About the Role

We're looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Junior/Mid-Level Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer to join our growing team. If you have at least 6 months of hands-on QA experience and are eager to learn, grow, and work on real-world products, we'd love to meet you.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with developers, designers, and product managers while contributing to the delivery of high-quality web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.

• Perform manual testing for web and mobile applications.

• Identify, document, track, and verify software defects.

• Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and product managers.

• Validate new features against business requirements.

• Perform functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing.

• Participate in sprint planning, QA reviews, and release testing.

• Ensure software quality before production releases.

• Suggest usability improvements to enhance the overall user experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of professional or internship experience in Software Quality Assurance.

• Good understanding of SDLC and STLC.

• Experience testing web and/or mobile applications.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and documentation skills.

• Familiarity with bug tracking and project management tools (Jira, ClickUp, Trello, etc.).

• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong sense of ownership.

Nice to Have

• Experience with API testing using Postman.

• Basic knowledge of SQL and databases.

• Familiarity with automation testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.

Compensation

BDT 15,000 – 25,000 per month (Negotiable based on your experience, skills, and potential. We value talent and reward performance.)
