📍 Onsite (Dhaka) or Remote

💰 Salary: Negotiable
📅 6 days/week (Sunday – Friday)

🕒 Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Sunday – Friday). For remote employment, it's based on discussion

What You'll Do:

1. Lead our email marketing outreach (top priority) and LinkedIn outreach (second priority) to generate new leads

2. Lead and guide a small team — this is a leadership role, not a hands-on execution role

3. Coordinate with your Task Reporting Manager on daily priorities and results

4. Join client calls before strategy meetings, as required

5. Fix a consistent daily working slot so the team knows your hours

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in email marketing and/or LinkedIn outreach for lead generation

• Comfortable leading and directing a small team

• Reliable, consistent daily availability

• Strong communication skills — able to coordinate with a reporting manager and join client calls when needed

Compensation & Incentives:

• Salary negotiable, paid via bank transfer

• Reviewed after 4 months based on KPI performance
