Full-Stack Developer — Night Shift

📍 Location: Hybrid, Dhaka

🕒 Working Hours: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Sunday – Friday)

💰 Salary: BDT 15,000 (Up to 25,000 after confirmation, based on performance)

📄 Probation Period: 4 Months

🔹 Who Can Apply?

• 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in full-stack development (internship or project experience accepted). Freshers with strong, demonstrable skills are also encouraged to apply.

• Strong proficiency in React.js, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, TypeScript, Redux Toolkit, RTK Query, and Axios

• Solid backend experience with Node.js, Express.js, and TypeScript

• Hands-on experience with MongoDB, Mongoose, and PostgreSQL

• Ability to write clean, scalable, and maintainable code

• Experience managing API integrations, deployment pipelines, and version control (Git/GitHub)

• Strong collaboration skills and a track record of delivering production-grade applications

• Comfortable and reliable working night hours in a hybrid setup
