  • Advanced GIF Images/Motion Graphics: We do no create extremely complex custom animations.
  • Custom Full Book for Print: We do not create full published books that are for printed for Kindle Amazon, etc and editing existing Book file.
  • Custom Illustrations: Extremely Complex or fine art illustrations, especially highly detailed ones. (i.e. drawing from scratch).
  • Mobile Design: We don't support doing mobile views mockups because the mobile responsiveness depends on the page builder and it's time consuming. The Automation/Web team will take care the responsiveness of the Page.
  • Advanced Computations in Interactive PDF
  • Complex Photo Manipulation
  • 3D Graphics / CAD
  • Social Media Ad Campaigns: We can create image designs for your Facebook ads, Instagram and other social media platforms but running a campaign and uploading the images to your social account is not supported.
  • Uploading of Files: Since uploading of files is now supported, the ONLY unsupported is uploading videos to their YOUTUBE accounts or any platform that would require us to login to their google account.
  • AI/PDF Web mock-up page template format for integration: We do not allow AI/PDF file mock-up page template format for Web build. We could only allow if it is in PSD format (a suggestion is we will recreate files in this format).
  • Administrative/VA Tasks: We do not content edit or proofread on files.
