Junior SEO Specialist
Job Description:
Company: Octopi Digital
Location: On-Site (Full-Time), Dhaka
Office Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Sunday to Friday)
Salary: Up to 22k BDT (Based on experience)
Probation Period: 4 months

🔹 Who Can Apply?
1. Candidates with 0-1 year of proven SEO experience (agency or
in-house)
2. Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
3. Hands-on experience with tools like Google Search Console, Google
Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog
4. Ability to conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis,
and craft actionable SEO strategies
5. Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (Shopify/WordPress) and content
optimization
6. Understanding of basic HTML/CSS and how SEO integrates with development
7. Experience in SEO reporting and performance tracking
8. Good communication skills, ability to explain SEO insights to non-technical
team members

Additional Skills (Preferred)
1. Basic WordPress management
2. Knowledge of URL redirections (301/302)
3. Ability to identify & fix technical SEO errors
4. Experience in content fixing & optimization
