Job Title: Trainee Project Manager (TPM)

Job Overview

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager who will work closely with the CEO and CTO to drive product execution, technical planning, and delivery across multiple projects.

This role requires strong English communication, excellent project and sprint management skills, and a solid understanding of system architecture, system design, and modern web technologies (MERN stack). The ideal candidate can translate business goals into technical execution while keeping teams aligned, productive, and accountable.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with the CEO and CTO to plan, prioritize, and execute technical projects
  
  

• Own end-to-end project planning, sprint execution, and delivery timelines
  
  

• Break down product requirements into clear technical tasks and milestones
  
  

• Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives)
  
  

• Coordinate between developers, designers, QA, and stakeholders
  
  

• Ensure on-time delivery with high code quality and scalable architecture
  
  

• Review technical decisions related to system architecture and system design
  
  

• Track progress, risks, and dependencies; proactively resolve blockers
  
  

• Communicate project status clearly to leadership and non-technical stakeholders
  
  

• Support engineering teams with technical clarity (without micromanaging)
  
  

• Collaborate on roadmap planning and long-term technical strategy
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
  
  

• Strong experience in Agile / Scrum / Sprint Management
  
  

• Solid understanding of system architecture & system design
  
  

• Hands-on experience or strong knowledge of the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js)
  
  

• Ability to read, understand, and review technical implementations
  
  

• Experience using project management tools (Jira, ClickUp, Linear, Notion, etc.)
  
  

• Strong leadership, ownership mindset, and problem-solving skills
  
  

• Ability to bridge the gap between business, product, and engineering teams
  
  

Nice to Have

• Basic understanding of DevOps concepts (CI/CD, cloud hosting, Docker, deployments)
  
  

• Knowledge of or strong enthusiasm for AI technologies
  
  

• Experience working on SaaS platforms or scalable systems
  
  

• Background as a software developer, leading a team, or managing projects
  (If not known, we are happy to teach.)
